Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Websites360 (websites360.co.za). By engaging our web design, development, or hosting services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Provisions

Websites360 provides website design, WooCommerce development, custom web engineering, and hosting services. These terms apply to all clients, both within South Africa and internationally.

2. Deposit & Payment Terms

75% Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit of 75% of the total project quote is required before any design or development work begins.
25% Final Balance: The remaining 25% balance is due immediately upon completion of the project, prior to the website launch or transfer of site access/files.
Strict No Refund Policy: Once the 75% deposit is paid and project work has commenced, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances. This covers designer, developer, and administrative resources reserved for your project.

3. Client Information & Requested Content (Project Closure Clause)

Prompt Supply of Materials: The client agrees to provide all text, images, logos, product information, and account details requested by Websites360 in a timely manner to complete the build.
Right to Close Abandoned Projects: If no requested content, feedback, or communication is received from the client within 30 days of a request, Websites360 reserves the right to close off the project file with no refund.
Forfeiture: Closing an abandoned project results in full forfeiture of the 75% deposit. Restarting an abandoned project will require a new formal quote and deposit.

4. Hosting Services

Web hosting plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Failure to settle hosting invoices within 7 days of the due date may lead to temporary suspension or termination of hosting services with a penalty for re-activation. 3 Unpaid Occurrences in a 365 Day cycle may lead to permanent service suspension.

5. Website Ownership

Full ownership of the completed website graphics, layout, and front-end content transfers to the client once the project invoice is paid in full (100%). Core development setups and proprietary server configurations remain the property of Websites360.

6. Limitation of Liability

Websites360 is not liable for indirect damages, loss of business revenue, or server downtime caused by third-party services, external software updates, or unauthorized user modifications.
